Advanced Health Care serves
the needs of people who range in age from the very young to elderly, and
where care needs range from minimal to medically intensive. We have the
experience and knowledge to formulate a plan of care unique to each client's
situation. In addition, respite care services are also provided to families
who need occasional relief from primary care responsibilities. 
Our Home Health Aides are readily available to provide basic nursing/personal
care and household management services that enable our clients to safely maintain
their independence, sense of well-being, and security in their own homes. Our
Licensed Practical and Registered Nurses can assist in this effort by providing
more skilled and complex nursing services when medically required. Our services are offered on an hourly basis and can be scheduled on an intermittent need as well as on a regularly scheduled basis. Hourly services range from a two (2) hour minimum to continuous 24-hour care around the clock. Our visit service is often ideal for those clients who need just a little extra help maintaining appropriate standards of personal care in their independent care setting. Visits can be scheduled for a one hour time frame depending upon need. We also offer a 24-hour live-in service for those clients
who require continuous supervision of their health care needs in their own
home or other supervised living arrangement. In addition, our live-in caregivers
provide companionship that can be especially beneficial for those who otherwise
live alone. Live-in care can be arranged on a part-time or full-time basis
as the need dictates. |
