Advanced Health Care is looking for a motivated, compassionate problem solver to join our scheduling team. We are a locally owned private duty home health agency, serving the South Sound Region for over 30 years. We serve nearly 300 clients in their homes, in seven different counties, and employ over 200 caregivers. Our schedulers work together in our Olympia office location, assuring each client and each employee is matched correctly to the schedule that best suits their needs. This is a very busy position that is best suited to someone with excellent time management, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Schedulers spend much of their day on the phone, listening to needs of clients and family members, collaborating with nursing supervisors and other staff, and working with employees to come up with the best possible schedules. Accurate and timely communication is essential to our company; verbal, written and electronic methods are utilized continuously.
– High School Diploma; Some college also required
– Critical thinking skills
– Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
– Ability to compose letters and e-mail correspondence in a professional manner
– Active problem solving skills
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day shift position, with occasional on-call requirements.
